加拉歪路G酒店 (G Hotel Kelawai)

房間忘記拍照片，酒店位置很好，下樓有吃的有咖啡，有酒吧，還有很大間的百貨公司，好逛，有勃肯，百貨公司地下也有很多間餐廳（華陽，鼎泰豐不排隊），百貨公司旁還有夜市，gym，泳池，早餐廳風景都很好，對於喜歡逛街和海景的，住這裡是不錯的選擇，

Central and good hotel. We were there the UToP trial run and it’s a perfect place to stay. Gave late check out for me as I was flying off same day ! Good service also. Would stay here again most definitely. Thanks ! Near spa and eateries too!

Gotten assigned a corner room which seems to be larger as compared to other rooms in the middle. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Amenities are plentiful and the best thing is the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The gym equipment are quite comprehensive and they have saunas as well. They provide buggy service to the other side (another hotel under the same name) and shopping mall (limited to Gurney Plaza only). One thing to mention, the LED lighting looked nice on the exterior of the hotel, but in contrast it is a bit annoying when staying in the room. Forced to shut the curtain to block out the lights.

Everything is just nice!!! 1st of all, great location just beside Gurney Plaza & u can take buggy there from hotel. My 1st experience with “Welcome ice-cream” instead of welcome drink. Receptionist is good, house keeping is good, breakfast is good even not much variety but is enough for a good start morning. This hotel will definitely in my list for my next visit if I choose to stay in town ❤️

We had a very unpleasant experience on the morning of my wife’s birthday during breakfast at around 9:30am. After being seated and enjoying our coffee and meal, I stepped away to get some bread. At that point, a staff member, Dawn, who was tending to the tables, pointed to our table and asked if the coffee cups placed there belonged to us. When I confirmed, she told us that she needed to set the table for lunch and asked my wife and me to move elsewhere. I was taken aback by this rude gesture, especially since no reservation sign was placed on the table earlier, and we had been directed there by the staff. Another couple beside us had just finished their breakfast without issue, so the singling out felt unnecessary and unpleasant. To make matters worse, Dawn remarked that our table was “messy” — though we only had two cups and two plates with a simple breakfast. When I asked why the tables were not reserved in advance, and why setup couldn’t wait until after breakfast service ended at 10:30am (with lunch only beginning at 12pm), she insisted on proceeding. She even began noisily setting up the tables right beside us, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. We ended up rushing through our meal and leaving within 15 minutes. The restaurant was far from crowded, with only three tables occupied, so this treatment was both unnecessary and disappointing. For a hotel of such good reputation, this level of service is unacceptable. Staff should be trained in hospitality and in ensuring guests feel welcome, not rushed or made to feel like an inconvenience. What could have been a beautiful birthday morning sadly turned into a sour experience.

From the very day of booking, the reservation team impressed us with their prompt responses and attention to detail. A special thanks to Ms Thurga from Reservations, who ensured that every arrangement for my wife’s surprise birthday was perfectly taken care of. Her immediate follow-ups and genuine care made the planning process seamless. We were also pleasantly surprised with a spacious room and a stunning city view, which made the celebration even more special. Truly a memorable stay — thank you to the team for making it so wonderful.

一家人預定了5間客房，一切都很滿意。酒店座落於檳城最出名的地區，隔壁有2家大商場，吃的買的都很方便。

We had a wonderful stay at G Hotel Kelawai. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a welcome ice cream, and later surprised with a small box of tau sar phieh which was a sweet and thoughtful touch. The hotel provided excellent facilities, including a baby cot and baby bath tub, making our stay with our little one very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a wide spread of delicious options to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the surprise birthday cake prepared by the hotel, which made my birthday extra special. Overall, it was a lovely hotel with warm hospitality and great service. Good location beside Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. Highly recommended for both families and couples looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

入住當天發現床單有汙漬殘留和痕跡。 工作人員很認真，換了五十個以上被單都發現有汙漬，一直換。但可見酒店衞生情況有待加強

酒店位置還不錯，離海邊比較近，步行可以前往，房間設施比較不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，早餐品種豐富，酒店服務挺不錯。
